Terms of Service

"Service" means the blockchain-based non-custodial digital asset services provided by the Company. "User" means any person who accepts these terms and uses the Service.

These terms apply to all users and may be amended by the Company within the limits of applicable laws. Amendments become effective seven days after notice is given.

The Company provides a non-custodial service and does not directly hold or manage user assets. Every transaction is signed and executed from the user's wallet and recorded on-chain.

Where account creation is required for certain services, users are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping their credentials secure.

Users must comply with these terms and all applicable laws and must not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the Service.

The Company endeavors to provide a stable and trustworthy service and takes reasonable measures to protect users' personal information.

The Company may modify the Service or temporarily suspend it for operational or technical reasons; advance notice will be given whenever possible.

Given the non-custodial structure, the Company is not directly liable for issues that originate in the user's wallet or in the underlying blockchain network, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court with jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service.
